Payment Terms!

I believe in making the design process as smooth and transparent as possible. By providing clear payment terms, you can focus on bringing your vision to life while knowing exactly what to expect at each stage. 

1. Virtual & Starter Design Consultation (€100–€250)

  • Full Payment Upfront: A flat fee for a 1-hour consultation, payable prior to the session. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows me to prepare tailored recommendations for your space.


2. Freelance 3D Rendering & Visualizations (€250–€600)

  • 50% Deposit Upfront: To cover initial consultation, measurements, and floor plan creation.
  • 25% Mid-Project Payment: Once the layout and design are finalized.
  • 25% Final Payment: Upon delivery of the completed render.


3. Custom Design Packages (Full-Service Design - Varies)

  • 30% Deposit Upfront: To secure the project and cover the initial planning, consultation, and measurements.
  • 40% Mid-Project Payment: After the design is finalized, and furniture has been sourced.
  • 30% Final Payment: Upon project completion, including installation and handover of the space.
